To TERRI B.: If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of our work we are happy to re-do the job. Our utmost concern is getting the job done to the customers satisfaction. In this situation, you waited a year to bring back the bag, and informed us that you had someone else correct the problem before we even knew there was a problem. We have been in business 53 years because we put our customers satisfaction above all else. In this case we were never given the chance to correct the problem.
