C.B. Lucas technician performed troubleshooting for an equipment installation performed 6 months earlier.\r
The technician located multiple errors in the initial installation and resolved other issues which should not have been there in the first place.\r
The technician made me feel as though I was the only customer that he had to deal with that day (I knew better) and he did not rush through any of the necessary steps to resolve my problems.\r
The technician has the able to "adapt and overcome" and think on his feet.\r
He also made sure that the "work site" was at least as clean as it was when he arrived and removed his shoes when he entered my home. \r
I was very pleased with the maintenance performed in my home.\r
The maintenance included electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.\r
Yes, I do recommend C. B. Lucas Co, Inc. to friends and neighbors for A/C, Heating, and Plumbing needs.\r
