Review content:
My pets have been faithful patients at avian for a number of years. I unfortunately am the owner of 4 pets above 10 years old and 2 have medical conditions so I have to say I frequent there more than I like. Regardless, my pets always receive wonderful care, the girls at the desk are always friendly, the doctors are excellent and are willing to work with me when I cant exactly afford treatment on all my pets at once. I have never encountered a "rude" staff member, felt that I was lied to or taken advantage of. When my usually extremely shy dog runs up to her veterinarian and starts licking her hand and wagging her tail, it means a lot. My dogs are happy there and so am I.
