I wouldn't recommend this establishment if it were the only one left in Bloomington!! The people there are somewhat friendly, but seem to not be so skilled when it comes to running the office sufficiently. My first visit, I waited about an hour to be seen, although I had an emergency appointment. I was there for extractions, and was not informed that I would have to pay the full amount that my insurance did not cover up front until I sat there with novacaine marinating in my mouth for about 30 minutes...They even told me that if i didnt come up with the balance right then and there, they would have to send me home without performing my extractions....Wow!! I didnt even know health care providers could turn you away like that...I went on and got my extractions, however. The doctor was very short with me and extremely rough while extracting my teeth. \r

This place has solidified my fear of dentists....
