I have to be one of Dr. Jeffrey's oldest clients- since way before he had an office! I've always received wonderful care for my array of pets (including birds), and a dizzying assortment of ailments they?ve happily provided (what good vet doesn?t want a challenge every now and again?). They've always taken the first few minutes of the visit to get to know the animal, & they explain things TO you rather than DOWN to or OVER you. They'll work with you on payment plans if you?re an established client. One thing I find particularly noteworthy (and is becoming harder & harder to find) is that they aren't afraid to say 'I don't know, but I'll find out'. This group of people genuinely care about their work, and it shows. And I will always be thankful to Dr. Demetriou for the extraordinary care she showed both me and several of my birds -she definitely gets 2 talons up!.
