Called them on the phone for price to clean out drain line. People in office told me they have to estimate first before price quote. Chaged $47 for service call. Said needed to clean drain line just like I asked on the phone. He said they have a set price in MF manual and the price was $197 plus the $48 service call. So they did know how much it was before they came out. The price (197) plus service call(48) was outreageous. they lied about not knowing what the price was in advance as they have a set price. Campbell and Sons 8 miles down the road came out for FREE and clean the line for $125 total not $245 ripoff from Milton Frank. Check around and do not call them they will stick it to you
