I met Joe about seven years ago. At that time he cleaned my entire home...the carpeting needed to be cleaned badly due to heavy spots in my dining room and living room. I've used his company several times. Today he really saved the day!!! I dropped an entire pot of brewed coffee on my white carpeting. I was in panic mode. He did an incredible job. Once again he was conscientious about all of the areas that really needed attention like the walkways and entrance areas. I was totally pleased. Before I found Joe, I used a major,so-called reliable company. I was not satisfied at all, and they didn't respond to my trying to get them back. Joe takes his time and cares a great deal about his customers! He knows his business.
