Upon making my appointment, I explained to the lady who took my call that I had installation from the attic on my carpert that was not easy to pick up. She told me that it would be no problem! \r

Well, when the three men came to my residence to clean one room and less than a 1/4 of the basement he told me that he could not clean my room carpet because his equiptment would not pick up the installation. I noticed that they had a portable manchine that you could rent from Home Depot. \r

I had my carpet cleaned at my other residents and only two guys at the most that would come out for a 3-4 room job. Upon telling me that they could not clean my carpet, he also stated that they dont move furniture (my bed). Usually other companies have furniture sliders, in this case with three men for a 1 1/2 room job who don't clean carpet nor move furniture....Their specialty must be something else!
