I have employed JCL for about 2 years. Brandon has been extremely responsive to our requests and perhaps more importantly, he proactively brings issues to our attention. I can walk by a dead tree a dozen times before noticing we have a problem, but with Brandon inspecting the property periodically he keeps us informed of such issues.
