I Never leave reviews. If I do, I always make sure to have something nice to say or dont say it at all. I had to post this based on my last experience. I can only hope this will prevent people from ever looking or even buying an RV from this place. You have read some other reviews about them being deceptive. Thats just in the buying process. You buy an RV - I promise you will need service. I shopped initially at Byerly RV in hopes of purchasing a Toy Hauler. Based on my experience - I did not feel comfortable with the information I was being provided. I knew my wife and I were going to purchase one - just had to find the right RV. I made sure to ask the Salesperson if they Service RV's if you dont purchase from Them. He Said - No Problem - we dont turn anyone away. He said you may have to wait a little longer since Customers that purchased do take priority. I was fine with that since I look for the end of season for repairs and extra wait time was ok.
