I Never leave reviews. If I do, I always make sure to have something nice to say or dont say it at all. I had to post this based on my last experience. I can only hope this will prevent people from ever looking or even buying an RV from this place. You have read some other reviews about them being deceptive. Thats just in the buying process. You buy an RV - I promise you will need service. I shopped initially at Byerly RV in hopes of purchasing a Toy Hauler. Based on my experience - I did not feel comfortable with the information I was being provided. I knew my wife and I were going to purchase one - just had to find the right RV. I made sure to ask the Salesperson if they Service RV's if you dont purchase from Them. He Said - No Problem - we dont turn anyone away. He said you may have to wait a little longer since Customers that purchased do take priority. I was fine with that since I look for the end of season for repairs and extra wait time was ok. Their one year trade-in policy is complete BS. I was told there were no limitations, but when I tried to use it I was suddenly told that there were limitations to what I could trade up to, and you must pay the much higher full price (not their advertised price) on what you are trying to tade to. VERY DECEPTIVE.\r \r Not all but many of their service and parts people are very rude. Herb in parts seems to take pleasure in making you feel stupid and an inconvenience. I will never buy anything there again. more

Super place to shop for any RV, new or used. They have any kind of unit you might be looking for. Trailers, pop-ups, class C RV's and on and on. Stop by and give these guys a chance. They are great to deal with. more
