Review content:
While University Towers proclaims to be the best deal on campus because of their location, you can definitely find a better place to call home...for a better price. While the building may seem impressive, boasting over 20 floors of apartments, the accommodations are anything but grand. The apartments are on the small side, and it would be very difficult for one person to afford a one bedroom apartment...which more often than not are too small to share. The furniture is nostalgic of old dentist office furniture and is anything but comfortable. The pool is rarely open, the workout facility is antiquated and virtually unusable, and the rec room contains old arcade games that nobody would want to use. While it is a convenient location, within a minute or two of the diag, and they have maintenance in house, a front desk, a security guard at night and a t.v. room with a large screen t.v., you definitely need to weight your options before signing a lease.
