Horrible grooming practices. twice they hacked off the skin grouths on my older dogs back and gave him back to me bleeding and with crusted blood. No effort was made to clean the wound.\r
I attempted to board y dogs there once and was not informed that I needed shot records. The woman was exreemly rude and said she did not have time to help me.. I missed my flight trying to find a better boarding place. I simply did not have time to go back to my house and get the records without misising my flight. To make matter worse, I got a terribly rude e-mail from the manager full of lies and excuses and implied I was not a responsible pet owner assuming I did not have chot records at all. I will never go there again and I highly advise that no one take their beloved pet there. If they are that rude to customers, I am really afraid of how they must treat you pet after you leave.
