We dropped our dog off for Labor Day weekend boarding. We left him there for 4 nights and one day. When we dropped him off he was perfectly clean, but when we picked him up he had dried feces on his rear end and pee-pee all over his paws and legs. It looked as though he had been wading in pee-pee up to his elbows. I called and spoke to Dale. He obviously is not a caring business man even though his words say he is. He said it was not his responsibility to keep my untrained dog clean while it was in his kennel. He said he had given the dog 3 courtesy baths while he was there, but the dog still got dirty. Maybe he did give the dog 3 baths, but if that is so, why was the feces dried on the dog? Must have been quite a while since the last of those 3 "so-called" courtesy baths. My dog is trained and has been for 14 years. My wife was handed this dog with this filth all over him for her to place in her car. Dale said that's the way it is when you pick them up at 10 till 6.
