Friendly Ford is located on Capitol Expressway and their parts and service department is located at the back of the property. I called ahead to see how long and how much it would be to have a new car key made for my vehicle. They said that they could make it fairly quickly but that it would be around $35 for a new key. Knowing that was steep but that I couldn't get a new key anywhere else I went down and waited approximately 15 minutes for a new key to be made. The employee was nice and I appreciated that I was in and out in the shortest amount of time.
PROS: central capitol expressway location
CONS: Like many other dealerships Friendly Ford is overpriced on their parts
