Bravo TechRestore, Thank you for your speedy response and ease of transaction. I don't have to tell one how it feels to not be connected, as it were. I, with the help of a friend and her computer was able to locate a beautifully reconditioned MacBook 13 on the TechRestore website. It looks like a new laptop, in fact it's in better shape than the one it replaced. Great service, and you never feel like you've been forgotten because "they have your dough." I even knew when UPS would be at my house. I'd not hesitate to do business with you again. Larry
