Wretched vermin did a great job 1/3/2012

While visiting your miserable planet, my light saber inexplicably began malfunctioning. The wretched creatures at TechRestore were able to repair the blessed weapon within 2 hours of me threatening to vaporize their building. While I was there, every minion kept their eyes averted from mine - always enjoy that little extra touch. more

I live in Los Angeles, but TechRestore in Concord, CA is my first choice when I need a mac repair. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and their service is fantastic. Shipping is quick and communication is fast and easy. I've used them three times so far and would gladly send my computer up to them again if it has any more problems. more

MacBook Pro Service 7/29/2010

I spilled a drink on my MacBook Pro keyboard. I figured it was a lost cause. Took it to the Apple Store and was told that it would cost $1,350 to get it fixed. This was without even knowing what needed to be replaced, nor running any diagnostics. Thankfully I took it up to TechRestore. The next afternoon I picked it up, working great. Cleaning and a couple small parts were all that were needed. TechRestore saved me more than a $1,000.00. Great Service and quick turnaround. After warranty, I will never again take anything in to Apple for service. more

The Shadow Knew 7/15/2010

It was a dark and stormy night. Suddenly, a shot rang out. I dropped my iPhone on concrete and the face plate was shattered into a thousand pieces. Actually, it was more like eight hundred and forty seven, but if you knew I counted them you'd think less of me.\r \r What to do? What would I do? Then I remembered, the tall mysterious stranger in black. \r \r Yes, the Shadow knows! He knew if I sent it to TechRestore I'd get it fixed properly and quickly. Then he laughed, said the weed of crime bore bitter fruit, and left. I guess he left, maybe my mind was just clouded.\r \r I'm very happy with my repaired phone. more

My MacBook thanks you..... 7/14/2010

Bravo TechRestore, Thank you for your speedy response and ease of transaction. I don't have to tell one how it feels to not be connected, as it were. I, with the help of a friend and her computer was able to locate a beautifully reconditioned MacBook 13 on the TechRestore website. It looks like a new laptop, in fact it's in better shape than the one it replaced. Great service, and you never feel like you've been forgotten because "they have your dough." I even knew when UPS would be at my house. I'd not hesitate to do business with you again. Larry more

Allright, two things...I know I already filled out the online survey regarding feedback on my laptop order#47422 , but seriously....I was soooooooooooooooooo impressed with the customer service I received from EVERYONE I spoke to from the person taking my order to the technician. My laptop works awesome and I haven't had any problems since I received it back a few weeks ago. The turnaround was lightning fast. Then there is still the random inflatable pink ball included in the box that you returned my laptop in... I LOVED it!! Tech Restore really goes above and beyond anything you promise on your site. So thank you, thank you, thank you again! I HEART TechRestore! more

TechRestore is excellent for repairs that your warranty does not cover 9/23/2009

Apple charges you $1400 to repair a cracked LCD and takes two weeks to do it. Techrestore does it for $400 and gets it back to you as fast as FedEx can ship it. I got a matte LCD screen upgrade/repair for my unibody 15'' macbook pro and the quality is excellent. The customer service was also excellent. more

TechRestore 11/30/2005

These folks have a solid reputation amongst our Mac user group members - both for their Mac repair service and for their used equipment sales. I have had them do a couple of laptop upgrades; one of the CD drives they installed went bad shortly after installation and they replaced the defective unit without question and had it back to me the same day. Turn around time for the other repairs has been 3 days at worst. If you live out of the area, you can scheduled 24 or 48 hour repairs and they will return your computer to you via courier. They also fix iPods. more
