We went to Banfield and joined the wellness plan. well the automatic payments are fine, We knew what to expect every month. but every time we went to pick up our dog, the want to sell us all kinds of stuff and charge us an outrageous amount of money. we took our dog in for his check-up, just to find out that they knocked him out. they said that when the vet went to check his teeth, he tried to bite them. so now every time he goes there they will have to knock him out. our dog is a small dog that weighs about 5 pounds. he is very lovable, SO i wonder what they really did that made him mad. well we decided not to go back, and we found a new vet locally, which will see all 4 of our dogs.
