I've used this Roto Rooter before and had excellent service-fast, professional, reasonably priced, but this last time has evolved into a nightmare. They sent out Brian Everton (#22), and I have to believe something has happened with this guy since the previous reviews I have read about him elsewhere. We had a water heater, about 14 years old, that needed repair, and we told Roto Rooter this. First, Brian sat out in his vehicle for a half hour (engine running) reading his manual about water heaters. Then he came in, tinkered around, said he didn't know how to fix it, and gave us the option of him coming back to try again, but billed another $195. Um, no that's ok because you're not going to learn to fix water heaters in the interim are you? He then proceeded to talk my SO's ear off for over a half hour about how much he hated his employers, how they were screwing him over, oh and he's an amazing fisherman, etc. Completely unprofessional. He also inexplicably took a bottle of blea
