My Bulldog had a ear infection, which was obvious. I call Banfield and they told me that my dog would only cost $35 to be seen plus additional for medications. Upon arrival they told me my dog would have to be checked in and woould cost $150 just to have checked in not including medications. When I told them I was leaving to go to a diff vet who could treat my dog on the spot like they had promised they said I would still have to pay the $35 for walking in the door. They did nothing for my pet didn't even tell what kind of ear infection it was but still wanted $35 for doing absolutely nothing. After screaming at the front desk they took my dog back and treated her right away. Total cost for an ear infection (one ear) at Banfield is $220. I advise not to bring your pets here!
