Not pleased with this place in the least bit. We were moving into a new home and they were supposed to have a new unit installed by the 1st week of the month. Every time we called, we got an excuse as to why they hadn't done so yet even though it had been paid in full for almost 2 months. They finaly installed it the 3rd week of the month exactly two days before we moved in. Then a little over a yr later, we had to call for service since the so-called top of the line unit they installed stopped working. When the service tech finaly called back+showed up about 4-5 hrs after we called, he said there was nothing he could do until the shop opened back up on Monday. So we spent two days in 95 degree heat with no air. On top of that our unit had a full 10 yr warrenty yet they still wanted to charge for two service calls and almost $400 in labor costs. I wouldn't reccomend these guys to anyone. Worst service I have ever encountered!
