Went here b/c I'm pretty new to Austin and a coworker went a few times. It's close so I made an appt same day which was good. But once I was there it seemed that not everyone is on the same page. The girl up front seemed like she couldn't be bothered and it wasn't the most friendly place. My doc was good, she explained stuff but they forgot to put my meds in the bag and I made another trip back to get them (hours later I had to go to work). Not the worst but given the high prices I expect more efficiency for sure.
