I just want to start with, I think all previous posts about how great this place is has to be from one of the employee's or maybe with different owners. I boarded my dog here for a couple nights and thinking since it was an animal hospital, someone would be there everyday to take care of her. Well, I was VERY wrong. First off they gave her a vaccine and didn't call and inform me that they were giving it to her, granted she needed it to be there but what about calling and telling me you were giving the 3 year and not just a year?! And they did a rectal exam, and left their mess on her fur, so she sat with that for four days...you would think they would take care of that right?!! When I picked her up she was a disaster and smelled disgusting. They stated that she had peed on her self over the night and didn't have time to give her a bath, we were there at 7 am when they opened...only after we had been there once that morning because we were told we could pick her up anytime after 4am...n
