I don't know where you took your dog Ms. Debbie J. (review post of 06/04/2010) but you didn't bring it to Paw Prints Pet Grooming in Bedford, TX We don't terrorize dogs or cats EVER! - We are NEVER EVER rough or cruel or make a dog do anything they don't want to do. We have an open concept shop, I designed that way so all the moms and dads can see what the groomers are doing all day, everyday. I have checked my records for a Ms. Debbie J*** (i know your lastname) and nobody has with the first and lastname made an appointment for May or June 2010. On june 4th 2010 however, a lady came into my store with four severely matted and in my opinion, neglected dogs. Now that lady wanted me to brush out the dogs. We wouldn't and couldn't do anything but shave them -- it is cruel and inhumane to brush matts that bad out of an animal. Her name wasn't the same as yours (but hey, anybody can pretend to be someone they are not on the Internet - right?). Makes you wonder though, if this might
