I have been going to Evelyn Kershaw for over a year now, and the hair dressers have always done a great job on my hair. But, the management and scheduling is aweful! This is the third time that I made an appointment for a hair cut and color touch-up, everytime they confirm the appointment and tell me that everything is fine, I show up, my hair dresser is too busy to cut my hair. It is very frustrating. I discussed the issue with the owner and she started to lecture me about how busy the hair dresser is... hence why I made an appointment. I recommed finding another place that can get their scheduling right and a owner that understands customer service. Go somewhere else. \r
