Review content:
This office is horribly inefficient and disrespectful of your time. Do not go unless you want to wait at least 2 hours every time you go. It took them 2 hours to determine that my child needed a crown. The next visit, it took them 2.5 hours to even start working on my child!!! The procedure only took 20 minutes! Halfway through that waiting time they came out looking for my child when he was already in the back area They lost track of my child. The truth is they overschedule horribly and expect you to just accept it and wait your turn like you have nothing better in the world to do. This happens every check-up too. It takes forever! This last incident was the last straw and we will not be back. Don't know why it took me so long.
Pros: Fun environment for kids
Cons: Apathetic staff, overschedule daily, long wait times
