After having four different garage door companies come out to my house, I chose to use Welborn. Welborn was referred to me by a friend, listed in the Southlake "Consumer Top Picks" book and willing to match or beat any of my other quotes. I appreciated Chris following up with me by phone after Jason had come out to give me a quote. Chris also helped me search for a new garage door that I specifically wanted and got me pricing. They were professional, patient and personable during each of my many calls. Jason was prompt and knowledgable and installed new rollers, springs and an opener on our garage door. There were a couple of issues/questions that arose after the repair, and Jason promptly came back out to answer all of my questions and to satisfactorily resolve each of my concerns. I would highly recommend Welborn! I'd suggest that you discuss and mutually determine which cycle of springs (coil, gauge, number of cycles, etc) and which type of opener your quote includes, as well as the reasons behind the exact choices, when comparing estimates from the various companies.
