Review content:
Always long waits for appts, long wait times in waiting room, every call has always had problems - they lost the message, they never call back, it's always something. I have spoken to the office mgr at least twice in the last year. Recently scheduled a crisis work-in with the nurse, still waited 2 days for appt, and once we got there, the receptionist told us we weren't in the system and had to come back 5 days later. it was only because I insisted that we very much had an appt and I had even called the nurse to verify the day before, that she got the nurse, and the nurse said, yes, of course you have an appt. (treating me like I was crazy. and the receptionist then argued with the nurse and said she's not in the system! And the nurse said, then put her in there!) The receptionist then blamed the computer and told me she had sent someone home earlier as well. Last week, I called to make an appt for my annual. After 30 minutes on hold, I hung up and ""scheduled"" an appt via their website. It has been 8 days and I haven't heard back. After 2 yrs of this nonsense, that is the last straw. There have got to be functioning medical offices in Austin. This office needs to fire its staff and get some processes in place.
