During my whole adult life, car trouble has been especially stressful. (You too?) Not only is there the inconvenience of losing your transportation for a time, as well as the expense of the needed repairs, but there is always the nagging dread that you are going to be ripped off and taken advantage of. Especially as a woman, I dread going into a car repair transaction and being patronized and never being really quite sure that I'm being treated fairly.I truly was shocked. What a delightful group of people to work with. The mechanics were really great and knowledgeable. When the mechanic was explaining everything to me, I had no idea what he was saying (almost in Dr. language), so I asked him to please tell me in normal person lingo. He did :) Thanks so much for everything! I highly recommend The Transmission Shop!
