Service Legends has amazing service! I'm in the customer service and technical support business as well, definitely not in the air conditioning business, and the huge thing that we strive for is customer satisfaction. Regardless of whether there is a resolution or not, we make sure the customer understands and enjoys the experience. The reason I say that is because Adam from Service Legends was very, very patient, and he explained everything to me. He explained why I might be having problems, and how I can troubleshoot them. Most contractors come out, do their thing, and charge me. No home owner wants to spend tons on their house, but I was absolutely happy to spend the money if I understand what's going on agree that it is a major malfunction that needed to be repaired. Service Legends was very informative, and they did a great job overall.
