Review content:
I called Service Legends to do a cleaning and inspection of Heating/AC system. The saleman was high pressure and talked me into signing a service contract which I canceled the next day. Would you believe they still billed me for it three months afterwards. So my advice is don't sign anything! They never did clean the unit and still billed me $188.00. I feel I paided $188.00 have them tell me I need to replace both units. In two visits they wasted 6 hours of my time and I didn't even receive an estimate. I never did receive a formal estimate. Had to ask several times and only got a very poor hand written estimate. My advice is to stay away from Service Legends!
