During a recent visit to Lovers Lane Dental, I was charged 3 times the price I was quoted at other reputable offices for having cavities removed. When trying to understand these charges and the communication with my insurance company, I was ignored by the office manager and dentists. I left unanswered messages, sent letters, and was given promises of return calls that remain unreturned. A simple phone call to resolve the situation within four months would have been the least any patient could expect. I was frustrated and insulted. Seek your dental services elsewhere. \r
