Do yourself a favor and call someone else, anyone else except this company. The owner came out to our house and looked at the exterior of the house and the fence we wanted painted. The estimate he produced was using top of the line Sherwin Williams latex paint. The colors for trim and the main body of house were picked out by myself and my wife. I asked the owner if the paint he quoted as using was for stucco as some of the areas he would be painting were stucco, he said ""NO"" that the stucco paint was more expensive. I did insist that he use the stucco paint and he did charge me extra for the paint. His estimate also included priming the fence prior to painting but this was not done. Instead he spray painted the fence on the windiest day causing paint to get EVERYWHERE!! All of which I had to remove myself. The estimate stated the job would take one week for applying 2 coats of paint - he said he was finished in 3 days. The exterior doors were painted without asking myself or my wife our choice of color and when I asked him to repaint the doors to all match one color I was told I would have to pay him extra to do so. When I noticed the pintles were not removed and painted I asked him why and he stated because they were too rough. Again, another item I had to do myself that should have been done by this company. He also refused to paint an extension off my home of lattice until I had pressured him enough about it to do so. And lastly he did not paint all of the windows in the back of my home as stated in the estimate. I witnessed the owner pouring paint down the city drain and also around the edge of a brick fence in my backyard. If you want someone that will give you an estimate and commit to an agreement with you on the estimate then not perform all of the items you both agreed to have done - this is your guy! Plus you will experience the added benefit of being charged extra when you insist that he correct his mistake of mismatching colors or using a low quality product. This guy is a loser with a CAPITAL ""L""!!!!!!
