Review content:
I visited the dentist for a routine cleaning. The dentist claimed I had a bad cavity, although I was having no tooth pain. I went back a month later, she gave me Novocaine, then made me wait a hour in the chair until she came back. When I told her I could still feel her poking my teeth, she didnt believe me and continued to start drilling. Not till I almost jumped out of the seat did she say ""ohh i guess you can feel it."" She gave me another shot, but didnt want for it to take affect. I was told everything was covered by my insurance. I decided never to go back and have found a new dentist. A year later I received a final notice payment from them saying I owe X amount of dollars in a week or they are sending my info to their collection agency. When I called asking why I never received any paper work other then this bill they had no explanation besides 'we sent you a bill in march'. Such a horrible practice I would never go back.
