I ended up stranded on I-10 going towards Katy when I had enough time to pull over to the shoulder and my car shut off and wouldn't start up. I called O'reillys and they have me a number to a shop that had tow trucks also. The tow truck driver got to me in less than 5 minutes which was incredible considering it was 100 degrees outside. When we arrived to the shop it was already after hours so the next morning I called up there and told them I needed my car back that day because I had to take the day off without a vehicle. The guys told me I needed a new alternator and battery and were having problems finding the alternator because my car was so old. Even though it was a project, they kept their word and had it back to me that evening. Excellent service and they will work with you if you need it back immediately. Also because the tow trucks were owned by the shop the tow fee was a lot cheaper!! I would recommend golbows to anyone in the Katy or Houston area!
