I just wanted to brag on your facility. I moved to Virginia in December and have truly missed the care that my baby, Paris, received from y'all. \r
I called you today because Paris is having a health issue and my area vet has been helpful but reluctant to give me the answers I need. After leaving my info with the very sweet receptionist, Dr Rogers called me back in less than thirty minutes later. He had taken the time to look into Paris chart and info from our laast visit. He was so kind, assuring and helpful. He gave me direct answers and I felt so much better about her situation after speaking with him. Even though we live 900 miles away, Jonesboro Family Pet Hospital has continued to help us. God bless you as you continue care for his animals.
