I have personal knowledge of the employees there, they do not give a shit about the tenants there, and if you go apply they always tell you that there is a waiting list for the apts, however if you know the right person in that office you get bumped up immediately. They have so much corruption going on in that office, you can even get illegal cable but once again you have to be friends with the managers and assistant managers in the office. The grounds keepers are always drinking alcohol while on duty thanks to one of the assistant managers I believe her name is Veronica whom always has the grounds crew and maintenance crew in her apt drinking, and they say your file and business is suppose to be kept private however they tell everyone your business wether you pay on time or late everyone knows your business, I wouldn't take an apt there even if it were offered to me for free, for them to improve they would have to fire everyone in that office.... Like I said I know them very very very well inside knowledge of how things work there... They are horrible....
