When I first had my Persian I lived in Chicago. Neither of the vets I took him to there recognized that he had an eye infection (I assumed Persians just always had goopy eyes.) I took him to Dr. Mills when I came to Lexington, and she realized immediately and gave me some cream, and he has been fine ever since. My cat is also a little hard to handle, but the techs here handle him great. I also was living out of the country with my cat for a little while and Dr. Mills corresponded with me about vaccinations and quarantines over email, which was extremely helpful!\r

Expensive? Yes, this is not the cheapest vet in town. But I say it's worth every penny.
