Review content:
You have the option to rent just the chapel for a 4 hour period or rent both the chapel and reception hall. A family friend owned a restraint across the street, so we decided to have the ceremony only here, so rented just the chapel. During the hour we had reserved for rehearsal, the woman in charge was meeting with another customer. This was unacceptable, especially considering when my best friend had her ceremony and reception her, the woman was extremely attentive and active in the rehearsal. The day-of, NO ONE from the staff could be found when we needed help. Not ONCE did we see ANYONE that worked there during our 4 hour PAID FOR period. Despite the fact that we spent good money to be there, it seemed as if no one could be bothered to give us help or even the time of say simply because we didn't spend the maximum amount of money we could have. I will NEVER go there again, and I will DEFINITELY never recommend it for anyone. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable!!! They don't deserve any stars at all!!!
