Businiess name:  The Chile Burrito Co.

Review content:
I work downtown and have been frequenting Chile Burrito for a couple of years. It's a fast-paced, made to order menu and they usually have a line out the door during busy times. HOWEVER, this is no excuse for rude service from the abrupt guy shouting out whether or not your want rice or beans to the guy who won't look at you as you choose your toppings (and heaven forbid you ask for something light, extra or special) to the capper: the rude woman at the cash register who, it seems, would rather walk through fire than offer a smile or even a thank you. I was discussing this with a table full of co-workers and they all shared my opinion and couldn't believe we all had the same experiences. So, there are now 6 people who used to go a minimum of 2 times a week and we have all ""banned"" it from our downtown list. It's sad because they are one of the only establishments in Nashville who serves an authentic torta and I love their queso ........ if you don't care about being treated nicely by people who are making money from you or are a fan of the Seinfeld ""No Soup For You"" character then give it a try. If you're like me and value establishments where MY business is valued, don't bother. Pros: Walking distance to many downtown offices, fairly fast service Cons: Rude, abrupt, ""hurry up"" service
