This place is a DUMP! Between the break ins, broken gates, broken lights, and the maintenance guy who doesnt do a thing... it's a wonder ANYONE is safe in this place! I've lived here for over a year and can not wait to get out of this place! Luxury? ha! What a joke! The office staff is nice.... until you finalize your lease, then they are UNHELPFUL and STUCK UP. Rent is rediculious for a place like this. The back gate has been broken and OPEN for the past 2 months. 1 month after break-ins started they FINALLY decided to notify the residents and close the gate for good because they are too CHEAP to fix it. The parking.... well that's another story... the gararge is full of inconsiderate people who scratches, dents, and beats up your vehicles, break in and steal things because the gate is WIDE OPEN for anyone to come through. If you're looking for a decent place to live, this place is NOT IT! Oh.. and the noise.. yea, I forgot to mention the guy across the courtyard who likes to yell and scremn and hock lugies at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning. ENJOY!!!!!!!
