Property Management Investment Group (PMIG) PMIG has managed my 6 properties (19 units, over $13,000 in monthly rents) for 4 plus years. I switched to them when I was experiencing excessive vacancies and mismanagement with my prior management company. Best decision I ever made. Under PMIG my vacancies are measured in days, not weeks or months, and filled with quality tenants. Rents are collected on time each month and electronically wired to me. When repairs and cleaning are needed, the service provided by PMIG is first rate. Repairs are performed in a timely manner by professionals at reasonable rates. PMIG is very diligent in determining which repairs are the responsibility of the tenant and which are the responsibility of the owner. The PMIG maintenance staff also keeps me informed regarding upcoming maintenance so there are no surprises regarding upkeep. Planned maintenance is a vital role performed by PMIG, which keeps my units in top condition and attractive to tenants. By far the biggest service provided by PMIG is peace of mind. I know my units are being managed by honest, quality people who provide the highest level of service. They’re the best.
