Hi, I'm Susan and I recently in the past few months went to Richard Malin's car center off hildebrand ave in San antonio, TX. Richard is a stand up guy, hard of hearing but a good guy. Although do NOT ever let his son, Rich AKA Richy, work on your vehicle! He tends to be sloppy and misses pieces to your car and uses tape to cover it up, or just leaves it broken... I went for an oil change and some new tires to be put on and he couldn't even do that right! Understand I am a single mother with 2 children to take care of working two jobs. I didn't have time to spend leaving my car for 3 days in his shop! His prices are ridiculous unless you have drugs to exchange for his service. He might put on a nice face but in the end he will do more damage to your vehicle than you had in the first place. watch out everyone! I would not ever take your investment to these guys they are not to be trusted!\r
