Yesterday when I picked up my truck, after spending $700, it is still doing the same exact thing which is the very reason I took it to you to fix. It is idling rough and before I was a mile away from your shop it was obvious the problem had not been fixed. I wanted you to change the spark plugs and a coil. Since the service engine light was not on you told me the diagnostic code said it was the camshaft actuator solenoid. Well it obviously was not. I took a chance believing you were right and I was wrong. Since the o2 sensor has been replaced and the problem has persisted I want the plugs and one coil replaced. I asked up front if you can diagnose which coil it is that needs to be replaced and Dave said yes. I cannot afford to spend anymore money this month on the truck. I have been in bed sick for a year and finally back to work four weeks ago. I feel like I was taken advantage of and now my truck is still in the same condition before you worked on it.
