Review content:
HUGE disappointment!! Very unprofessional photos, video and overall service. One video camera malfunctioned so most of the video has the back of the shirt of a videographer and Nathan (the ""professional"" photographer). No one has admitted to this and Nathan hung up on me when I questioned why it was taking so long to get my video. The minister left out the entire part of the service devoted to our kids, so we had to go back and make it up at the end. I was told we would have a table for our sand ceremony, but we ended up having to do it on the ground. We didn't ask for a refund though I feel that it is due. I'll probably just get hung up on again if I call. Please don't take a chance of ruining your wedding memories!
