WOW I just read Michelle W's comments and the same thing happened to me. I was rushed to sign the contract to renovate my master bath , they did the demo and then everything slowed down. His website says they have ""dedicated uniformed work crews""-I haven't seen anyone in a uniform-that is because they are all subs. I asked the tile guy and the painters and they both said they are subcontractors, they work for Vic when work is slow. They left trash in my yard for over a week, one of the workers used the toilet when it was disconnected and the whole bathroom smelled. Vic Hegman does not do what he says he will do, he is very unprofessional. Project was supposed to take 2 to 3 weeks I am now going on my 5th week. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. There are a lot of good contractors out there but Buccaneer and Vic Hegman are not among them.
