What a disaster this place was. \r \r •Food was ok, but the crab cake taste like a salty mushy ball. \r \r •The 2nd floor room we had reserved was more like an attic. The room was dusty and hot. There was no air condition and they used two large fans to cool the room. \r \r •The pushed tables of different heights and widths together. Some were broken card tables covered with table cloths. There was no silverware nor napkins on the tables. Some members of the party had to go downstairs to get them themselves. The waiter finally gave us each one fork and one napkin. When we requested more napkins our waiter gave us some from the upstairs restroom. \r \r •There was only two members of the wait staff available for 30 people.\r \r •Our waiter was clearly unable to handle our party; he was sweating profusely and very short with us. He was very rude. \r \r •They did not serve our party together. There were people served an hour after other people sitting at the same table. It was pure chaos. \r \r •They had no idea who ordered what. They started cattle calling our meals out to us. I had to yell my order out at least 4 times. \r \r •Many people complained of cold food.\r \r •They did not inform anyone before eating that their credit card system didn’t work and they could only take cash. Many of the people there did not have cash. They told them to go to the ATM down the street.\r \r •After waiting an 1 ½ hr for the crab legs I ordered, I discovered I couldn’t eat them because the restaurant would not be getting any crab leg crackers or mallets until the following week. I had to get a carry-out container and take them home to eat, which was a two hour drive. \r \r •And the absolute straw for me is when the waiter gave me an incorrect bill and told me to figure it out. Not only did he charge someone else’s food on my bill but he added 18% gratuity. I paid him my bill plus 10% gratuity. He began to yell at me and tell me that I was required to pay him 18%. He then tried to threaten me by telling me that a woman was arrested for not paying gratuity. \r \r I've been to many many restaurants but I have never experienced anything is bad as this place. Pros: Food was ok Cons: The worst service imaginable
