Check in with me in a month. Maybe they will have rectified the situation, but this has been going on since March!
The issue was a case of over selling.
RESPONSE FROM COIT Cleaning of Colorado:
The tile and hard surface department clean an outside entry way that was composed of Colorado rose flagstone. We tried getting an alkaline and calcium deposit build up that had produced on the surface of the stone. The build up was pretty heavy and came off in some areas, and in other areas did not. I went out to view the troubled area as soon as I got the call and determined we needed a different solution. We immediately went back out with the solution needed to properly clean this specific type of mineral and had great results. I called the customer back and she said she could not be happier and would definitely use us in the future. As far as over pricing, I did not hear anything along that nature from our customer.
