After reading several reviews I had to chime in. While Seablue is pricey it is worth every penny. I came for dinner in April of 2007. Every part of my meal was superb. The service was outstanding,due to the care taken to see that I enjoyed every aspect of my dining experience. The highlight of my meal was paella\r
Select Seasonal Shellfish, Chorizo Sausage, Grilled Quail, Saddle of Rabbit I copied the menu page to give you a better idea of the dish. I've had paella around the world and this was by far the best I've ever tasted.
