I have owned dogs all of my life, and I have lived all over the country. I am not new to veterinary clinics, and I understand that all of their clients are important to them. BUT I have never taken my beloved dog to a clinic with such uncaring and incompetent staff. Receptionists lost my paperwork; wait times were outrageous; Dr. Roundy was uncaring, and follow-up phone calls for test results/issues were non-existent. If you want your time wasted and if you want a veterinarian who doesn’t care about your beloved pet, this is the clinic for you. Otherwise, you will want to go someplace else. \r

When I called the clinic to ask them to fax my dog's records to my new clinic, they put me on hold. The next thing I knew Dr. Roundy was on the other end of the line yelling at me and refusing to fax my dog's records. It was extremely unprofessional. I am very happy with my choice to trust my beloved dog's healthcare to someone else.
